Fitness has been an integral part of Sara’s life; she learned at a very young age just how important the mind/body connection was and that taking care of yourself can help you lead a happier more fulfilled life.

Transitioning from being a dancer and dance teacher into the world of personal training back in 2012, Sara’s dance background enhances her attention to detail and has given her a better understanding of the body as a whole. Her drive and work ethic comes from wanting to help people connect to their bodies in order to achieve their true potential and get the most out of their workouts with her.

Sara became a Certified Personal Trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine after graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Continuing to educate herself, she went on to become certified in Kettlebell Athletics level I and II, as well as trigger point therapy.

Working with everyone 13 years old to 70 years old; Sara specializes in movement correction and injury rehab/prevention. She is known for her ability to address imbalances and compensations within the body in order to help her clients move better and more efficiently. Sara also prides herself in her versatility; having her clients train in weight lifting, kettlebells, TRX suspension training, Animal Flow, Revolution in Motion and Vipr training.

More than just a trainer, Sara invests in each and every one of her clients, coaching them through fitness, nutrition and balance within their day to day life. Sara’s passion is undeniable and she’s not satisfied until you reach your goals; whatever they may be!
