Roy has been in the fitness industry for nearly a decade and understands that movement is key to mental, neural and physiological health. His programs have sound scientific foundations proven to help his clients successfully and safely reach their goals.
As a lifelong athlete, Roy has trained both professional and amateur in a wide variety of sports. Focused but not limited to: Martial Arts, Football, Basketball and Track and Field. He believes that just as an athlete strives to excel and perform best in their environment, so too should every person who wants to train.
Roy attended California State University, Northridge where he took prerequisite courses in Physical Therapy, learning techniques in prevention and care of injuries and ultimately graduating with a Degree in Kinesiology. He is a Certified Speed and Agility Coach with Athletes Acceleration Strength & Conditioning, Certified Personal Trainer with the International Sports Science Association and a Performance Movement Tape Specialist with RockTape. He also spends time in Spring coaching Track and Field at Notre Dame High School, whom is recognized yearly for developing some of California’s fastest athletes.
Roy’s versatility, professionalism and constant educational growth has made him highly sought after by Olympians, national and international professional athletes, celebrities and artists and multiple industry professionals from around the world.
