Matt Estrada CPT
Matt Estrada is a Fitness Coach and Specialist in Athlete Development. He is a former National Football League, Canadian Football League and Arena Football League Player.
Matt received his degree from Northern Arizona University where he played college football. While playing at NAU, Matt was recognized as the team’s Most Valuable Player as well as receiving 1st team All-Conference and Defensive Player of the Year Honors.
Matt is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has continued his self-education the past decade by gaining in-field experience from nationally respected Doctors, Physical Therapists, Performance Specialists and numerous Strength and Conditioning Coaches. The most recent of which includes, Super Bowl winning Denver Broncos Head Strength Coach, Luke Richesson.
Matt is highly experienced in developing an individualized program towards making lifestyle changes to improve the way you move, eat and perform – all while delivering the aesthetics you desire. The coaching experience you will receive with Matt will allow you to become a better functioning human being and eliminate any minor aches and pains you may have, allowing you to understand the body more in depth and take that with you for the remainder of your life.
