Ethan’s passion for Sports Performance Training first began after his dreams of playing college baseball were derailed after a string of injuries. Following months of Physical Therapy and no relief from pain, he decided to hang up his cleats.

After two years working as an Exercise Specialist in a Physical Therapy clinic, he realized his true passion was incorporating injury prevention techniques and proper movements patterns to help general population and athletes reach their goals.

Ethan has attended San Diego Community College and University of Southern California where he pursued his prerequisites for Doctor of Physical Therapy and received his Bachelors Degree. He is also a recognized as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Personal Trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Ethan’s nature for competitive sports was reinvigorated through his love for Powerlifting. He has trained over the last several years to increase his squat and deadlift to well over 500lbs and bench close to 300lbs, with the hope of competing in a Powerlifting meet in 2017.

He has worked with athletes of all levels, entertainers and other motivated individuals willing to put in the work to reach their personal goals. His love for Powerlifting is only surpassed by his love for his Alma Mater, USC. Ethan’s knowledge of strength sports, movement patterns and easy going personality make him an ideal Coach to help you reach your athletic and fitness goals.
